 Do you charge for travel and accomodation

Travel is charge to all destination further than 15 miles from KT20 at 60p per mile of the total distance.
If your wedding is more the 100 miles from KT20 you will need to provide over night accommodation for the night before the wedding.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, absolutely! We carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance as you would expect from any professional wedding photographer. If your venue requires proof then I would be happy to email them a copy for their records.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR OUT OF SEASON OR WEEKDAY WEDDINGS?

Occasionally discounts are available but these are dependent on availability and the time of year. Please feel free to contact me to discuss in more detail.

WHAT IS YOUR DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

We need £100 deposit to secure the date. 50% of the payment 6 months before the wedding date or before we do anything listed on the package and then the rest of the payment will be due 4 weeks before the wedding.

Can we Change the packages

Package costs are a set price and will not be reduced if any element is not required one the day of the wedding.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

I understand that on wedding days, Plans don't always go accordingly, Your session can be extended on a hourly charge.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use top of the range professional Canon and Sony cameras and lenses. All can be seen on our Kit account https://kit.co/RMNOWUK

These enable us to capture the very best images in low light situations (eg. church). Each camera has dual memory card slots to ensure even if my memory card stops working.

Our equipment is second to none and I often provide technical guidance to other wedding photographers.

CAN WE GIVE YOU A LIST OF shots OR SHOW YOU OUR PINTEREST BOARD?

CAN WE SHARE OUR PHOTOS ON FACEBOOK AND WITH FAMILY/FRIENDS?

Yes, absolutely. Your wedding photographs will come with a full personal use license. This means you are free to print, email & share your photographs with friends & family.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes we do

DO YOU TAKE FORMAL FAMILY PHOTOS?

Yes. we strongly believe that it is important to take some formal family photographs.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I RECEIVE?

It’s very difficult to give an exact number since the number of photographs taken depends on many things ‚ the number of guests, hours of coverage, any planned events. So check on what is listed on the packages.

HOW LONG WILL I BE WAITING FOR MY PHOTOS?

For images round 3 weeks and 5-14 weeks for the video however during peak periods this may be slightly longer 16-20 weeks. We will however keep you informed every step of the way. We will always try to get some images the same day. The rest usually in three weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ILL OR WORSE?

As we have a big team we would always be able to cover the day without any issues in case we are all not able to attend we have arrangements with other wedding photographers. In the event of illness (or other such emergency) then we would aim to substitute myself with someone of equal quality or better.

Where possible we will provide you with a few names and work so you can choose the person you like the best. But please bear in mind that in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible. So for example if there was an emergency on the way to your wedding then my priority would be to assign a photographer.

Any difference in cost will be my problem. Not yours.

This is all worst case scenario. To date we have never had to cancel or replace ours selves my fellow photographers but I have had to step in a couple of times for others.

Will there be a second shooter?

Depending on which package you book they are included or we can include to any of them.

Do you provide prints ?

We do from 6x4 print sizes to 9x8.
